Relient K of the Rings...What's the Connection?

For years, I've been the only one who has not seen a single Lord of the Rings movie or read any of the books.

I was left out in everyone's conversation and had no clue whenever someone would put on a raspy voice and say, "Precious."

It's a little late, but I've finally seen my first Lord of the Rings movie!

Not only that, it was the second one (because Blockbuster only seemed to have Disc 2 of the first one).

I thought it was pretty good, like a more intense Narnia, and it did creep me out just a little,

But I've got to tell 'ya...

I have never seen a movie where all the characters look like Matt Thiessen from Relient K!

*And that's the uncanny connection between Relient K and Lord of the Rings. Matt has stated that he's a fan.
