The Ultimate Baby Shower!

"Ultimate" would be an understatement. My mom's baby shower at church was a great time for all, but beforehand, there was a lot of preparation to do. Mrs. Annell was the Shower Planner. She got the decorations, cake, and invitations. So, my Aunt Melody and I had our work cut out for us. We came in Saturday morning to decorate with balloons, banners, and streamers. Not bad, eh?


Next, we headed to Babies R Us to get presents. Although we had a "little" accident with the stroller, somehow and someway we were able to get it home and wrap it pretty well! We set up a table for all the shower gifts, which filled up pretty quickly!

Soon, it was baby shower time! There was plenty of food, games (no pictures of the games, and if you came to the shower you'd know why, hahaha), and prizes (I won a popcorn!). Finally, it was time for presents! Gifts ranged from clothes to bottles to diaper genies to swings...and even a crib from Mr. Kevin!!

And, of course...

THE STROLLER!!! =D

It was a lot of fun, and my mom was really blessed with all the gifts. It was tiring, but it was a good kind of tired--the kind of tired when, thanks to your hard work, everyone had a great time.

And I believe there was a lot of discussion about the games during everybody's way home...
